Counsel
Steven R. Chadwick is Counsel with Leech Tishman and a member of the Real Estate, Corporate and Energy Practice Groups. Steve is based in the Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on corporate and real estate transactional matters.
Steve’s past success in the financial industry provides him with a unique blend of practical, business experience with legal proficiency, enabling him to present cost-effective solutions to his clients.
Steve regularly advises a diverse group of clientele, ranging from assisting local entrepreneurs in realizing their dream of launching a new enterprise, to serving as national real estate counsel for large, public entities. This broad range of clients provides him with significant experience addressing real estate and corporate matters and continually develops his ability to effectively communicate and provide counsel to any client, regardless of their sophistication.
Additionally, Steve has significant niche experience relative to the coal, oil and natural gas sectors, with particular emphasis on coal, oil, gas and mineral interest acquisitions and dispositions.
