Google’s Watching Me: When the Government Asks Google What Terms You’ve Searched

Following a recent case of suspected child trafficking, the U.S. Federal Government issued warrants to Google asking them to turn over information about anyone who searched for the name of a suspected victim. In this episode, we discuss the use of “keyword warrants,” based on people’s search terms.
